Orders and Shipping
Each item is uniquely designed and made to order, so processing times may vary. Please refer to the product description on each listing for the most accurate processing time.
Creating an account is quick and easy! Just visit the My Account page and enter your email address to register. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll be able to track orders, manage your details, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.
Go to your account page, then click on the “Addresses” section. From there, you can add a new shipping address or edit your existing one to make sure your order ships to the right place.
You can view your order status by logging into your account page and clicking on the “Orders” section.
If your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided there as well, which you can use to track your shipment.
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand to more countries in the future!
Most orders are shipped in a single package. However, if you order multiple items or custom products, they may be shipped separately depending on size, production time, or availability.
You’ll receive tracking info for each shipment if your order is split.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused
- Returned in original packaging
- All labels and accessories must be included
Refund Policy:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense (unless the product was damaged or incorrect)
To initiate a return, email us at layeredcraftscasa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us right away and include your order number in the message. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund.
Please double-check your address before placing an order. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address.
If the order has already shipped, unfortunately we can’t change the address or issue a refund for items lost due to incorrect info. In some cases, the package may be returned to us by the carrier, and we can then reship it (you’ll be responsible for additional shipping fees).
Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?
Because we process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping, we generally cannot make changes or cancellations once an order is placed.
If you need to cancel or update your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to assist you.
If the order has already shipped, you can’t cancel or change it.
Currently, we do not offer pre-orders. However, if you’re interested in an item that is sold out, please reach out to us directly! We’ll keep track of demand and notify you as soon as it’s back in stock.
